Membership Fees/ Requirements
The annual membership fee of CACHP is $300.00 CAD and is due in January of every year. The fee for new members applying from January 1st to June 30th is $700.00 CAD. The fee for new members applying from July 1st to December 31st is $400.00 CAD. The new member application fee includes the membership fee of the year applied.
A. Annual membership fee = $300.00 CAD (Due in January of every year);
B. New member application fee = $700.00 CAD (Applied From January 1 to June 30);

A photocopy of your resume, and a photocopy of your certificate, legal documents, and transcript are required.
Please provide two recent (taken within the last 6 months) coloured passport photos of yourself.
